Thomas R. "Tom" Caltagirone is a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. He represents the 127th District (Reading, Berks County) and is the Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee and a member of the Gaming Oversight Committee. Born in Reading, prior to providing representation to the 127 District, Rep.
